Class 1 have been very busy in 'Forest School'  this term. We have enjoyed making woodland homes for dinosaurs. We thought hard about what was needed to build and 'furnish' these homes; with bedding, carpets and seating arrangements all being catered for! We were very considerate of our dinosaur's needs.

A source of great excitement this term has been the introduction of the 'campfire.' All children have been enthusiastic and respectful of this experience and we have enjoyed 'jammy toast' and marshmallows; with the children even whittling their own marshmallow sticks!

This week we met 'Cinna' who has so kindly allowed us the use of the forest ground and put in a lot of the initial hard work to get it established. It was wonderful for her to see the site getting so much use.
