Forest School

Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees.

Forest School is a specialised learning approach that sits within and compliments the wider context of outdoor and woodland education.

Children in Class One have a weekly Forest School (FS) session, which is led by our qualified FS lead, Mrs Carpenter. It is our aim to roll this out to the older children in the school across the year. Our FS site is a dedicated, private woodland copse located next to the school. Our social feed often shares our experiences and learning in FS.
