Reaching for the Stars with Aspiration and Hope
Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees.
Forest School is a specialised learning approach that sits within and compliments the wider context of outdoor and woodland education.
Children in Class One have a weekly Forest School (FS) session, which is led by our qualified FS lead, Mrs Carpenter. Children in Class 2 and 3 get a 6 weekly block of sessions aimed at supporting our SMSC and PSHE curriculum. Our FS site is a dedicated, private woodland copse located next to the school. Our social feed often shares our experiences and learning in FS.
